Meet Hauwa Olive Hamman, the heart behind Olive’s Hope Solutions. Hauwa is an adult living with autism who has turned her personal journey into a mission of hope and support for children with special needs and their families.

With over ten years of experience as a special needs therapist and educator, Hauwa has dedicated her life to helping children with autism, learning difficulties, and developmental challenges discover their strengths and shine in their own unique ways. She holds a degree in English Language from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, and is currently completing a second degree in Special Needs Education at the University of Jos.

Hauwa’s work is not just professional — it is deeply personal. She understands the struggles and the victories that come with raising and supporting a child with special needs. That’s why she founded Olive’s Hope Solutions: a safe, nurturing space where children can learn, grow, and become the best versions of themselves.

Through the organisation, Hauwa also provides guidance and training for parents and caregivers, believing that when families are empowered with knowledge and tools, children flourish even more. Her passion, creativity, and unwavering belief in every child’s potential shine through in everything she does.
